Flowers are sure to make mum smile this Mother’s Day but if kids are unable to pick or buy them, here’s another way to give her flowers. These popsicle stick flowers won’t wilt and don’t need water, plus they’re made lovingly by hand.

Time required: 20 minutes per flower
Age range: 6+ *Younger kids should use white glue

Things you’ll need:
Green popsicle sticks
Yellow, green, fuchsia, white, red, purple foam
Pink and green glitter foam
Hot glue gun
Glue sticks
Buttons

Things to do:
1. Cut leaf shapes from green craft foam flower shapes from other various
colors of craft foam. Select buttons to correspond with your chosen colors.

2. Apply a line of glue to the top portion of a green popsicle stick and attach the
flower

3. Using hot glue, attach a leaf to the middle of the popsicle stick.

4. Apply a drop of hot glue to the center of the flower and add a button.
