Toddlers love to match colors and this project gives them both cute little dolls to play with and a chance to beef up their color skills. This can be set up for just a few colors (for younger kids) to a set that spans the rainbow and beyond depending on your child’s skill level.
Things you’ll need:
3 ½ inch Peg People
2 inch unfinished wood flowerpots
Craft Paint
Paint Brush
Things to do:
1. On a covered work surface, spread out your dolls and squeeze out about ½ teaspoon of paint.

2. Starting at the neck, paint down to the base of each doll. Repeat with a second coat as needed.
3. Using the same colors, paint from the rim down on each pot. Add a second coat as needed.

4. Allow all the pieces to dry before playing. Optionally you can seal these with a clear polyurethane.
