Make Your Own Clothespin Gnome

My little ones are wild about gnomes, they are always excited to have a new one in the house. These little clothespin gnomes are so much fun! Perfect for the dollhouse, the fairy garden or even a color matching game, your little ones will love them and love to make them!

Difficulty level: Easy
Time required: 10 minutes plus dry time

Things you’ll need:
Rounded clothespins
Paint
Felt or paper to match the paint
Scissors
Glue
Pen to black paint

Things to do:
1. On a covered work surface, paint the clothespins from the neck” down and allow the paint to dry.

2. Cut a circle out of the paper or felt and then cut each circle in half.
3. Roll the half circles into a cone just slightly larger than the “head” of the doll and glue to secure.
4. Once the glue and the paint is dry, add a few drops of glue to the head of the gnome and attach the hat on top, slightly tilted back.
5. To finish, add to tiny dots of black paint or black marker to create eyes.
