How to Make No-Sew Burlap Bows

These no-sew bows take only minutes to make and have countless uses. Attach them to hair clips for a fun accessory, or use them to decorate your gifts. I made several and keep them on hand as decoration for future craft projects.

Difficulty level: Beginner
Time to complete: 10 Minutes
Age range: 12 and Up

Things you’ll need:
Burlap fabric
Hot glue gun and glue sticks
Ruler
Sharpie
Scissors
Paper

Things to do:
1. Cut a 2 1/2 x 3 inch rectangle. This will be your pattern.

2. Trace the rectangle onto a piece of burlap fabric and cut it out.

3. Cut a 4 x 1/2 inch strip of burlap.

4. Fold the large rectangle in half and peel the edge back. Use hot glue to secure your folds. Repeat this step on the opposite side of the rectangle.

5. Once you’ve created a bow shape, apply a drop of hot glue to the middle and wrap your burlap strip around the center of the bow. Hold it in place until the glue dries completely. Trim an excess fabric.
