A glass bead sun catcher is a fun way to bring the glory of the spring sunshine inside! Collect plastic lids for all different sizes of of glass bead sun catchers.

Difficulty level: Easy
Time required: 30 minutes (but can take days to dry, so be patient!)
Age range: 10+

Things you’ll need:
Clear glass beads
Blue glass beads
Green glass beads
All-purpose glue
Twine
Plastic lid

Things to do:
1. Squeeze a healthy layer of glue into the plastic lid.

2. Start pressing the glass gems into the glue.

3. Make sure to pack the lid full with beads, but be sure they’re all laying flat.

4. Pour some glue over the top.

5. Set the project aside to dry. It will take 2-5 days to finish drying, and then you can peel the plastic off easily. Punch a hole in the top and thread the twine through the hole to hang.
