This trendy take on felt makes for the perfect Spring activity! Have fun playing with different colors and shapes to create a whole garden of succulents that don’t need to be watered!
Difficulty level: Beginner
Time to complete: 15 minutes
Age range: 8 and up
Things you’ll need:
Felt
Scissors
Hot glue gun
Hot glue sticks
Things to do:
1. The first step is creating the center of your succulent. Cut a 1/2 inch strip of felt and run a line of hot glue down the center. Roll it tightly, angling the felt slightly to add depth.
2. Next, cut out the leaves of your succulents. The number you use is up to you! I cut two different sizes to add a more realistic look to my succulent.
3. Glue them onto the center you rolled, starting with the smaller leaves and working out to the larger ones.
4. Fold the leaves back gently, opening up the succulent.
