How to Make an Earbud Holder from a Mint Container

We all love our earbuds, but it’s always tough to find them down at the bottom of our purses, isn’t it? Hook this earbud container to a hook inside your purse and you’ll be able to find your earbuds every time!

Things you’ll need:
Split key ring
Mod Podge
Small foam brush
Leash hook *optional
Mint container
Awl or small cordless drill
Marker
Scrapbook paper

Things to do:
1. Peel the label away from the top of the container.

2. Mark two circles on the side of the container. This is where you’ll put the split ring. Make sure to mark opposite of the large flap opening, though you can pop the top off if you’ve made your marks elsewhere.

3. Using an awl or a small drill, create holes where you marked them.

4. Slide your split ring into the openings as shown.

5. Cut out a circle of scrapbook paper the same size as the label you peeled off earlier.

6. Create a fold where the large flap is located on the mint container lid.

7. Paint the Mod Podge onto the lid. Keep the glue away from the large opening of the lid, but it’s fine to glue over the smaller opening – that one won’t be used anyway.

8. Open the container to make sure the paper is placed properly, then allow to dry. Add your earbuds when you’re done! If desired, add a leash to the top if your purse doesn’t have a hook inside.
