Get an early start on your holiday crafting, or create this felt ball in multiple and add to bowls, shelves and other areas for a kitschy decor item. This is easy enough for kids to help you with. Add a string to the top for hanging if desired.

Things you’ll need:
Styrofoam ball
Felt sheets
Scissors
Sequin pins

Things to do:
1. Cut 4 pieces of felt strips the short length of the felt rectangle by 2″ wide.

2. Wrap the first strip around the Styrofoam ball. Trim the end and pin into place as shown.

3. Repeat with a second strip.

4. Finish with two more strips.

5. Cut strips from another color and repeat the process in between the original strips. But this time, twist them as you place them on the ball. Pin into place.
