Things you’ll need:
Pink pipe cleaners
1 white and 1 brown or black pipe cleaner
Scissors

Things to do:
1. Shape one pipe cleaner as shown, with a long neck and a body.

2. Wrap another pipe cleaner around the neck, winding it tightly.

3. Keep winding it down into the body of the flamingo as shown.

4. Adding more pipe cleaners as needed, continue winding them around the bird’s body.

5. Fold one pipe cleaner in half and stick it through the body, bending the bottom for feet.

6. Cut one pipe cleaner in half, then in half again.

7. Insert these into the flamingo’s sides, as a framework for wings.

8. Wrap another pipe cleaner around each wing to fill it in. Leave the end to hang out off the top to extend the shape of the wing.

9. Cut two small pieces of pipe cleaner for toes.

10. Wind the toes around the bottoms of the feet.
