How to Make a Mum Wrist Corsage


It’s coming on that time of year, prom time! And what’s a prom without a beautiful wrist corsage? This simple, everlasting mum corsage wont wilt as the night goes on and the dancing gets wild and can be tailored to whatever colored dress you’re planning to wear.

Difficulty level: Easy
Time required: 15 minutes plus dry time

Things you’ll need:
Artificial mum
Organza ribbon
Silk leaves
High temp hot glue gun and glue sticks
Scissors

Things to do:
1. Remove the stem from the flower and trim the piece that sticks out of the bottom.

2. Secure the layers of flower together with glue to make sure they stay put all night long.
3. Attach the leaves to the underside of the flower with glue.

4. Cut a 14 inch piece of ribbon with the ends angled to prevent fraying.
5. Pool a generous amount of glue on the back of the flower and press the center of the ribbon into it and hold it in place until it dries.
