This is a cute way to memorialize your child’s hand – and turn it into a flower that you’ll reach for as you read. You can also improvise by making a smaller version of your own hand.

Things you’ll need:
Red and green craft foam sheet
Wood popsicle stick
Hot glue gun
Glue sticks
Scissors
Pencil
Things to do:
1. On the red foam, trace your child’s hand or improvise and trace the fingers of your own, shortening them and the palm area.
2. Cut it out.
3.Draw petals on the green foam and cut out. Warm up your hot glue gun.
4. Glue the hand-flower to the popsicle stick.
5. Glue one petal onto the stick.
6. Glue the second petal onto the stick.
