This tutorial shows you how to make your own flower pens using floral tape, pens, and artificial flowers. These pens fit perfectly in mason jars to create a beautiful floral center piece and can be given as favors for parties or bridal showers.

Things you’ll need:
Artificial Mixed Aster Bouquet
Purple Glass Canning Jar
Green Floral Tape
Scissors
Pen
Wire cutters

Things to do:
1. Remove the pen cap and align the top of your pen with the head of your flower. Use wire cutters to cut the flower stem about a half inch above the writing end of your pen.


2. Starting at the top of your pen, wrap floral tape tightly around your flower stem and pen.

3. Continue wrapping the floral tape around your pen in a spiral downward motion until you reach the bottom of the pen. Cut or tear the end of the floral tape and press the edge tightly to your pen to seal the floral tape in place.

4. Place flower pen in mason jar. Make 4-5 more flower pens to complete the floral arrangement.
