It’s a lot of work to plan and prepare a party for all of your friends. Hours are spent cooking and cleaning to ensure everything is perfect. This summer themed decoration is the perfect gift for the one hosting the big summer bash! They’re sure to enjoy the beautiful decor and delicious fireball candies for weeks to come. Say thanks in a creative and festive way that is sure to communicate your appreciation in a personal fashion.

Things you’ll need:
Mason jar with a lid
Fabric with a print of your choice
Glue
Marker
Scissors
Tape measure
Ribbon in complimentary color
Fireball candies or other hard candies

Things to do:
1: Measure the diameter of your jar and cut a strip of fabric, adding a half inch in length. For the jar I chose, my fabric measured 12 1/2 inches x 3 1/2 inches.

2: Place fabric around the jar and glue the ends together to create a festive covering. Let the glue sit for several minutes, or until completely dry to ensure it stays in place.


3: Trace the circumference of the lid onto a piece of fabric and cut it out. Glue the fabric onto the lid, making sure the edges are glued down securely.



4: Tie a piece of ribbon around the neck of the jar.

5: Fill with candies and admire your adorable and creative masterpiece!
