White tags
Blue and red colored pencils
Ruler

Things to do:
1. Hold the ruler vertical to the hole end of the tag and just off the hole and draw a red line.

2. Starting from the bottom of the tag, draw blue lines evenly spaced and parallel with the long edge of the tag, leaving a wider space at the top to mimic the top edge of ruled paper.
