DIY Rustic Wood Log Slice Wall Hook


This rustic wall hook looks beautiful in a log cabin or cozy cottage. In just a few easy steps, you can transform a slice of wood into a useful hook to hang dishtowels or keys on, keeping your space organized and beautifully decorated.

Things you’ll need:
Medium log slice
Metal star hook
Nails
Picture hanger
Pinecones
Jute
Scissors
Hammer

Things to do:
1. The first step is attaching the picture hanger to the back of the log slice. Measure 3/4 inch down from the top of the log slice and press your hanger in to the top. Use a hammer to nail the holder in place.

2. Set the metal star hanger on the center of the log slice and use a nail and hammer to secure it in place.

3. Cut a piece of jute and wrap the ends around the center of two pinecones, creating a rustic hanging.

4. Display your new wall hook and enjoy!
