Difficulty level: Beginner
Time to complete: 15 Minutes
Age range: 13 and Up

Things you’ll need:
Log slice
Drill
Suede cord
Scissors
Pencil
Ruler

Things to do:
1. Use a ruler to measure 2 1/2 inches from the bottom of the log slice. Mark two spots equal distance apart to drill. My holes are approximately 1 1/2 from the side.

2. Drill a hole on each of the four marks.

3. Slip a piece of leather cord through each hole and knot the end, so it will hold the shelf in place. My pieces of leather cord were 2-feet long.

4. Pull the cords up to the center of the log slice and knot them, creating a hanger.
