DIY Pop Art Card

Pop Art is a great genre of art for kids because it has many comic-book themes. For this project, use action words like BAM!” or POW!” to add comic-book action to your Pop Art card. Feel free to even draw your own comic strip on your card. These cards make great gifts and are easy to customize. Kids can add their own pop-out images to cards using the pipe cleaner technique. Some of my students drew superheroes, spelled out their name, and added speech bubbles to their Pop Art Cards. Enjoy making your cards really pop!
