An animal-themed chalkboard is a quirky addition to a classroom or home office. Simply spray your animals in your choice of color (we use gold here), glue them on, and smile when you write on the chalkboard!

Things you’ll need:
Miniature farm animals
Small chalkboard
Metallic spray
Hot glue gun
Hot glue sticks
Newspaper

Things to do:
1. Fold up some newspaper and tape to the inside of the chalkboard, so that the wood borders are the only parts that are exposed.

2. Spray the chalkboard and the plastic animals. Once one side of the animals is dry, you’ll need to turn the animals over to make sure they’re evenly sprayed all the way around. It’s better to spray in light coats rather than one heavy coat. Allow to dry.

3. This is what your animals and chalkboard should look like when dry. Warm up your hot glue gun.

4. Arrange your animals along the chalkboard border, and glue in place.
