Dip-Dyed Cupcake Liners


Whether you are using cupcake liners for cupcakes and muffins (always yummy!) or for crafting (always fun!) this project turns ordinary muffin liners into personalized, color dipped decorations for your parties and crafts. Theme your dip dying for specific parties, holidays or color combinations. Because this uses food coloring for the dying, the color edged wrappers can be used in your baking projects safely.

Difficulty level: Easy
Time required: 20 minutes plus dry time

Things you’ll need:
Food Coloring
Small plates or bowls
White or solid color cupcake liners

Things to do:
1. Stack 5-10 cupcake liners together.

2. Fill a small bowl or plate with food coloring.
3. Set the cupcake liners upside down into the food coloring so the edges are immersed in the liquid.

4. Allow the food coloring to soak into the paper for about 10 minutes the pull the stack out and set on a plate until the food coloring dries.
