Show off your favorite hobby by advertising it in your work space! This Craft” cork board is a fun way to decorate your office space and you’ll enjoy pinning and sticking all of your to-do notes to it. Or, if you desire, just leave it as is!

Difficulty level: Intermediate
Time required: 1 hour (includes drying time)
Age range: 10+

Things you’ll need:
Sheet of cork
White or yellow acrylic paint
Large stencil brush
Scissors
Glue dots
Printer and paper
Pen

Things to do:
1. Print out large letters to form the word CRAFT. In this example the letters are 450 points high, or about 5 inches high.

2. Trace them in reverse on your cork. This assures that any pen marks won’t be visible on the right side.

3. You could use a small blade to cut out the inside of the letters, or leave them closed as shown here.

4. Using your stencil brush, dab the paint to form polka dots on the letters.

5. Add the glue dots to the back, and stick the word CRAFT on your work space wall. If you want to remove these later, be sure to test the dots in an inconspicuous area first to prevent wall damage.
