Things you’ll need:
Battery-operated tea light
Miniature acrylic top hat
Red polka dot ribbon
Permanent marker
Hot glue gun and hot glue sticks
Scissors

Things to do:
1. Warm up your hot glue gun. Cut a piece of ribbon long enough to go around the tea light and glue in place.

2. Create a loop out of another piece of ribbon. Glue it together, and glue onto the top of the light.

3. Glue the top hat to the light, on top of the ribbon loop.

4. Draw a face on the front of the light, so it looks like a snowman!
