1. To make the head, glue a craft stick halfway into the side of the egg. The narrow end of the egg is the bunny’s nose. Cut a 9” piece of beige loopy chenille, divide the egg in half lengthwise by loral pinning one end at the stick, wrap it on around the egg and pin again at the stick, cut off any extra. Cut (2) 11” pieces of beige loopy and pin one on each side of the egg zig-zagging it back & forth to ill in the sides of the egg. The egg should be completely covered. Glue the pink pom-pom nose to the narrow end of the egg. Glue the two wiggle eyes in just above the nose about 1” apart.
2. To make the body, (the narrow end of the egg is the bunny’s neck). Leave a small bare spot at the narrow end and the wide end of the egg to insert craft sticks. Cut one 13” piece of beige and divide the egg in half by loral pinning one end at the narrow end on around the egg and back to the narrow end. Cut one 27” piece of beige and ill in the back of the egg by zig-zagging from the narrow end to the wide end of the egg, pinning as you go. Cut one 20” piece of pink loopy and ill in the front of the bunny’s belly the same as you did the back the body should be completely covered. Glue the craft stick from the head onto the neck of the body making sure that the bunny’s nose lines up with the bunny’s pink belly.
3. To make the ears cut two 14” pieces of beige loopy, fold each piece in half and twist the ends together. T-pin and glue the ears to the top of the bunny’s head about two ingers apart.
4. To make the arms cut (2) 12” pieces of beige, fold and twist the same as the ears. T-pins and glue the arms to the sides of the body just below the neckline.
5. To make the legs cut (2) 16” beige, fold and twist the same as the arms. Measure about 2” up from the folded end and make another twist to form the feet. T-Pin the legs to the bottom front of the bunny about 2” apart.
6. To make the tail cut one 14” piece of white jumbo loopy and roll it up into a ball and pin and glue it to the back of the bunny.
7. Glue the bunny to the top left corner of the bale with his leg hanging over the front edge of the bale. Glue the eggs all around the bunny. Push the little lower picks in around the eggs. Make a bow from the Pastel 1-1/2” ribbon and glue the bow to the front of the bale under the bunny. Tie a small bow from the Pastel 1/4” ribbon and glue it to the bunny’s neck. Clip a lower from one of the picks and glue it to the bunny’s ear.
