This styrofoam is the best that I have used. It doesnt crumble when you cut it as some do. I use a sharp kitchen knife and cut a piece the size I need, put some glue on bottom, place in vase, and just hold for a minute or so. Now you are ready to start making a beautiful flower arrangement! HINT dont throw any little pieces that are left over they could come in handy some day.
