Hollowed, thick-plated mercury glass is shaped into small five-point star ornaments, adorned with mixtures of clear translucent hues and lustrous opaque silver paint. They are topped with antiquated bronze caps, which connect by small bronze metal rings to thick, heavy metal, rustic brass rings. These rings have hammered textures, emphasizing their aged-look, light and dark tones; a perfect presentation for their petite and beautiful charms.

Produced in the mid-1800s, and popular in England and Germany, mercury glass was the first true art glass. Its name originates from the "silvering" placed between glass walls to create its unique appearance.

Clean with a soft cloth. To prevent discoloration, avoid exposure to direct sunlight, harsh chemical waxes, polishers, or glass clears. Due to its unique production, subtle variations in appearance will occur.
