All the items I purchased from Factory Direct Craft were of high quality,just as advertised and the service was great. My order arrived quickly and correct. I am a professional Pyrographer so the unfinished wood items I start with have to be good or my finished product will not come out right. I definitely will buy again and would tell you to do the same.
