A beautiful Christian sanctuary is full of aged, characteristic imperfection, as its bricks and roof tiles ever so slightly mismatch, forming a perfect historically whimsical scene. It is situated upon a stone-surrounded hill, provided with winding ancient vegetative brick and gravel walkways, leading to tall, heavy oak doors, topped with diagonal-muntined Gothic windows. Thick bright leafy and sage green grasses with scattered large red flower bloom accents embody and embellish this church's brick, bringing a beautifully realistic and aesthetic presence. This figurine was inspired by early American architecture. Starting with photographs, sketches, and imagination, a wax original is painstakingly sculpted by hand. Using Gnomestone, a ceramic material originated in China, thousands of years, ago, skilled artisans carefully duplicate all of the incredible details of the original.
