A kooky cape-wearing vampire detective keeps watch by the traffic light with his archetypal pipe, hat, and magnify glass. A frightful green monster foot serves as the stand of this spotlight's pole, embellished with additional monster-like, mauve ruffling, waving, and tapering. It is topped with a vibrant bulge-eyed, underbiting pumpkin. A whimsical green swirly, arching handle, with a creepy bloodshot eyeball at its end, is grasped by a traffic light with hands, feet, and eyes! It is all situated upon a slight grass-embellished, concrete-look rectangular base.
