I was very unhappy with this ribbon. Ive bought this item in the past and really liked it. But the latest shipment is a completely different color its much more of a bright bluepurple than aubergine. And while the previous aubergine was a perfect match for the gift boxes we use in our store, this shade is somewhat, well, tacky. But, despite the 2star review of the ribbon, I have to give you 5 stars for customer service. You explained that you recently changed suppliers, and you were willing to take back the ribbon and refund my money. However, because I bought only a few rolls, the repacking and shipping costs didnt justify returning it. But thank you anyway!
