Jo Lockwood is a native of California recently transplanted to Nevada. She was the sole owner of the 3 Bears Workshop in Citrus Heights, Ca. where she taught hands on scroll saw seminars, and Decorative painting classes for 20 years. She has designed the book Be Your Own Woodcutter to teach the decorative painter how to use a scroll saw. She has held the title of "Scroll saw Editor" , and "Painting Editor" for Creative Woodworks and Crafts for about three years then moved on to WoodStrokes where she has a Column, design, and is Scroll saw Editor. She writes tool reviews, book reviews, and answer letters in her Column.
