Can I change my order after finalization?
Once you click finalize the checkout process, your order is sent to our warehouse instantly. Because our warehouse is beginning to process your order for shipping as soon as your order is finalized, you will be unable to change your order after this time.

U.S. Shipping
Shipping Within the contiguous U.S.:
S&H charge for any order under $20 is $12.45
($9.95 + $2.50 service fee for orders under $20)
S&H charge for any order $20 and up is $9.95.
Any Glass item including mirrors, wax, large wood orders, Christmas trees and gluesticks. Actual shipping cost will be charged to ship these items.
All S&H charges are nonrefundable.
Parcels returned to us, due to non-acceptance of the parcel, incur 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges incurred both inbound and outbound. |

your order will be sent to us and you will be transferred
to our thank you page.
- If you do not get to the thank
you page, then your order was not successfully sent.
- Allow at least a minute or so once you click submit
order, for the information to transfer.
- Large orders may take longer.
- If your browser stops or keeps running past a couple
of minutes, you may have encountered a time out. When

From Dayton, Ohio take I-75 south to exit 38.
Turn right at the exit ramp traffic light.
At the first traffic light, just past the welcome to

From Cincinnati, Ohio take I-75 north to exit 38.
Turn left at the exit ramp traffic light. Go under the
I-75 overpass.

Returns
We are glad to accept returns on merchandise purchased from us within a 14 day period from the date you receive your order. To return items, contact us by phone 800-252-5223 M-Sat 9-6 EST (US Orders) or 937-743-5855 (Outside Contiguous US) to obtain a return authorization number. Along with your return enclose a copy of your original invoice, noting on the back side the reason for the return and what action you would like for us to take. Please ship to:

Unless it is our error, all shipping charges are non refundable. Shipping is charged to reship any exchange.
There will be a minimum 25% restocking fee on all returns. This fee is waived if the items are exchanged for other merchandise or if you have received incorrect or damaged product(s) because of our error.
